Don’t support it, report it!
The MultiChoice Group supports a culture of transparency, accountability and integrity and has zero tolerance for fraud and/or any form of unethical behaviour. Everyone is encouraged to report suspicions of fraud and/or unethical behaviour.
If you become aware of such behaviour within the MultiChoice Group, please report your concerns directly to Forensic Services at fraud@multichoice.co.za or via Deloitte Tip-offs Anonymous, the Group’s independent whistleblower facility. Tip-offs Anonymous allows for confidential and anonymous reporting and is available 24/7/365 to all stakeholders including employees, customers and suppliers.

Below find relevant definitions for your benefit:
Fraud: A crime of obtaining money/property by intentionally deceiving people.
The unlawful and intentionally making a misrepresentation to the actual or potential prejudice of another person/entity (legal definition).
Unethical behaviour: Any unacceptable or improper behaviour that is not in line with Group policies, procedures or legislation.
Examples of fraud and unethical behaviour that can be reported include:
- Theft
- Bribery
- Corruption
- Collusion
- Discrimination and racism
- Nepotism
- Sexual harassment
- Phishing and other scams
- Dishonesty
- Conflicts of interest
- Procurement irregularities.
