Publication of the Offer Circular, Prospectus and Scheme Circular

Following the MultiChoice Group’s (MCG) share exchange offer announcement to Phuthuma Nathi shareholders on 30 August 2019, the MCG can confirm that the Offer document, MCG prospectus and PN2 Scheme document have been posted on the MCG and Phuthuma Nathi (PN) websites as of 16 September 2019. The documents will be posted to PN shareholders on 20 September 2019. 

These documents contain detailed information relating to MCG’s share exchange offer to PN shareholders and the amendment to the PN2 Scheme.
