About
MultiChoice
Eswatini

MultiChoice Eswatini was established in 1995 as a franchise and today employs 17 individuals at offices in Mbabane, Manzini and Ezulwini. MultiChoice Eswatini’s network, including installers, translates into a significant economic impact and hundreds of sustainable jobs for the country. In Eswatini, DStv customers can choose from five packages with more than 200 channels.

Ever since we opened our doors, MultiChoice Eswatini has displayed an unswerving commitment to the people of this country and to the communities in which we are rooted.

We’ve made accessing great content – produced all over the world and even right here in Eswatini – easier and more affordable, than ever.

Working closely with the Ministry of Education and Training, we use the wonders of satellite technology to expose our young people to world-class learning materials through our MultiChoice Resource Centres.

We are a business that has played a positive role in shaping the future of Eswatini. But I believe there is so much more we can do to enrich, inspire and uplift our communities. We can do so much more – together.

Contributing to Eswatini’s economy

MultiChoice Eswatini provides full-time employment at our offices in Mbabane, Manzini and Ezulwini, while our installers employ many more people across the country. By continually sourcing goods and services locally and investing in local infrastructure, we continue to grow our positive impact on the economy of our kingdom.

We support the local banking and telecommunications sector by enabling customers to pay their subscriptions through their banks, online or via their cellphones. In the process, we make it easier than ever before for our customers to interact with us. Increasingly, thanks to DStv and M-Net, local musicians, film producers and other artists are being given the opportunity to showcase their talents on a regional stage.

How we create social value

MultiChoice Eswatini is a proudly Swazi company and believes in creating social value through empowering Swazi women with employment opportunities. 80% of our staff are women and we believe that assisting women to develop their career paths is our best opportunity to create social value.

Growing Eswatini’s creative industries

MultiChoice has grown creative industries through the MultiChoice Talent Factory MasterClass Initiative. The sessions give local producers the opportunity improve their skills and garner exposure that was previously unattainable.

Enriching lives

Fostering a love of learning and using satellite technology as a powerful teaching tool are the philosophies that inform the MultiChoice Resource Centres (MRCs). There are currently 25 MRCs all over Eswatini which provide thousands of learners and teachers with exceptional content from the DStv educational bouquet.
